Chitra Ragavan is the founder and CEO of Goodstory, a strategic advisory firm that helps tech leaders find their narrative and bring their products to life. Goodstory also helps venture capital firms and their company boards with narrative management for their portfolio companies.

Before Goodstory, Chitra worked as the Chief Strategy Officer at Gem, a blockchain and cryptocurrency startup based in Los Angeles, California. Gem’s all-in-one cryptocurrency platform brings crypto enthusiasts confidence and delight in managing their digital assets, and helps them fully experience the New Economy. Prior to Gem, Chitra served as senior strategic advisor to the CEO of Palantir Technologies, the $20 billion big data analytics unicorn. Before joining Palantir, Chitra was a nationally recognized reporter at U.S. News & World Report magazine (U.S. News), and National Public Radio (NPR). Chitra has a Masters degree in journalism from the University of Georgia, and a Bachelors degree in biochemistry and biology from the University of Mumbai, India. In her free time, Chitra loves photography and is an aspiring novelist.
