Most traditional coaching programs are long and open-ended, almost like therapy. Often, the coach is in listening mode and at the end of the process, the client still has little idea as to next steps. The open-ended format results in loss of energy, interest, and initiative over time.
Using my two decades of experience in the high-intensity startup world, I created the Positive Instigation Coaching Program to overcome those limitations by creating a high-octane, time-bound deep-listening method and system that actively engages and challenges the client with the coach playing an active role in the process.
The program has a strong narrative arc, with pre-assessments, welcome gifts, assessments, readings, and reflections, a detailed Final Report, a graduation gift and a graduation certificate.
The program is strategic, tactical, structured, detail-oriented, personalized, and specifically designed for leaders navigating high-pressure, high-stakes environments. It’s highly structured and tailored to each client, but also highly adaptive, depending on the client’s needs. Clients receive direct feedback, ideas, and suggestions for driving immediate results.
Seven sessions held every two weeks over three months, plus custom reflections and assessments, and a granular Final Report of insights and recommendations. From my experience, I believe that clients can achieve a meaningful path for transformation in that defined time-frame using my proprietary Positive Instigation Method.
There are five Rewires spanning leadership, strategy, brand, advisory, and corporate depending on the client’s needs and priorities.

The assessments of the Leadership Rewire, Strategy Rewire, and Brand Rewire are an integral part of this high-intensity coaching program.
Each assessment only takes a few minutes to fill out but does require some thought. Completing the brief assessments is optional, but highly recommended because doing so will greatly enhance the outcomes for coach and client.
Clients who don’t need these structured Rewires can sign up for the Advisory Rewire, which does not include assessments and is geared towards solving specific challenges.
